it’s more than just being nice,
it’s more than karma.
love your enemy…
pray for those who offend you…
bless and do not curse.
forgive when it’s hard…
ask God to rain down blessings,
more than they can hold.
ask God to heal them,
to restore relationships…
it’s what you would want.
choose to give mercy
even when others hurt you…
(it’s good for your heart)…
go the extra mile…
love your neighbor as yourself…
it’s what God would want.
no one needs to know…
we don’t do it to receive…
there’s no strings attached.

the things that the Bible instructs don’t always make sense to our finite minds. God wants us to look like Him, giving love generously to all…even those who oppose us. And the easiest way to do this is through prayer. Pray on! Bless on! Love on!
