INGREDIENTS

1 (4lb) beef chuck roast

1/4 cup butter

5 pepperoncini peppers

1 (1oz) packet ranch dressing

1 (1oz) packet dry au jus mix

DIRECTIONS

Place roast in slow cooker. Form a pocket in the top of roast and place butter, perreroncini peppers, ranch dressing, and au jus mix in the pocket. Cover. Cool on LOW for 8 hours.
