My dear girls,
How do you respond when God talks to you? What would you do if God asked you to do something hard?
Moses heard the voice of God and it told him that he was the chosen one to lead the Israelites to freedom. Although Moses did not have any confidence in his public speaking ability, I find it remarkable that he never questioned his ability to hear God. When God gave him instructions, Moses obeyed.
God is not intimidated by our insecurities. He has never hesitated to use flawed people to accomplish HIs purposes. My encouragement to you is to keep pursuing a relationship with your Creator and to keep listening for His voice.
Pray with me, “dear Lord, help me to sit at Your feet and listen to Your voice–and always be ready and eager to obey. Amen.”
