My dear girls,
The Israelites were discouraged–entering the Promised Land didn’t look like an easy job. “If God were really with us, this wouldn’t be so hard,” they reasoned. But maybe obstacles indicate that we are headed in the right direction.
Life with six young daughters & two foster sons is not easy. Many times I’d like to throw in the towel…but I don’t know where to throw it. So, maybe instead of being discouraged, I need to realize that God is on my side & He will bring me victory.
Pray with me, “Heavenly Father, I need your strength. Help me to trust in Your power. Help me to not shrink back from the tasks at hand. Amen”
