- 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks (you may substitute 3 large cans of chunked chicken).*
- 32oz chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 2 15oz cans white northern beans
- 1 24oz jar salsa
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large stock pot, combine all ingredients and heat through. Serve with tortilla or corn chips, additional shredded cheese, and sour cream.
